This flagship project delivers a unified Oracle E-Business Suite platform that connects 173 public bodies and over 1,200 regional offices—enabling real-time budgeting, procurement, accounting, and reporting at a national scale.
TCT led the end-to-end design, implementation, and adoption of this transformative system, ensuring alignment with national governance goals, regulatory standards, and long-term digital strategy.
Projects overview
We deployed a complete Integrated Financial Management Information System (IFMIS), including infrastructure setup, application customization, data migration, and extensive training programs. Using Oracle’s Unified Method (OUM), we managed the full project lifecycle—from needs assessment and process redesign to go-live and post-implementation support—ensuring minimal disruption and maximum user readiness across the public sector.
